15 years ago I was a server, so I have an understanding of how your appreciated or mistreated. I take the time to appreciate service with a more than generous gratuity just to show my appreciation. As for the Prescott location, terrible experience. I ordered the rack of ribs and asked for a side of sauce which was extremely cold. Ribs were very undercooked and had blood seeping out. Ate just 2 pieces, went to the bathroom as I was coming out the server asked if I was ready to cash out. Couldn't even get a refill nor asked if I needed anything else. I'm a Applebee's guy... but this location needs improvement. Not a place to bring my colleagues as there flying in in a couple of days. Definitely not for date night with my lady.

This Applebee's location is the best one I have been too in Arizona. We were a large group and were seated rather quickly and also we did not wait long for our order our server Rico was absolutely amazing. Not only did Handel our table with ease he was great with the kids our glasses ever never empty he came and checked on all 12 of us every 5 to 7 minutes. Thank you Rico for making our last evening dinner on our last day of a family vacation Rememberable

Rico our server was attentive and helpful. Our party of eight were treated like royalty. The food all came out at the same time and to exact specifications. Good restaurant for a large gathering or a romantic dinner for two!
I just love Applebee's! It's been a staple in my life for so long! The riblets are so good! I wish more people knew how good and fun this place is! Great happy hour, great deals! Thank you for still being a place I can enjoy!!!

While I only left a 3 star review it wasn't bad it was Applebee's. I went with my mother and we got the chicken wings as an appetizer and honestly they were great. I'm a wing guy and I can confirm very very good. The main meal came and she got the steak, smashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was cooked right but it was honestly a poor at best cut of steak and potatoes and broccoli were what you would expect. I got a chicken garden salad and well yes its possible to mess up a salad. It's was the definition on underwhelming with older lettuce and the chicken was super over cooked and dry. The service was good as the waiter had about 6 tables and did a solid job. All I can say was it was Applebee's and don't expect much but it is what it is and was $60.00 bucks with no drinks just water.
