Riblett platter is 3 strips now, coleslaw no dressing, spinach dip-the melted cheese over melted was a caramel color, didn't mix well into the dip.

Slow to be seated. I think theynwere short staffed that day. Food was excellent and exactly what I would normally expect from an Applebee's. However, the carpet was sticky, the table was sticky, the restroom was dirty (and sticky), and didn't look like it had been cleaned in days. This place needs a maintenance day to deepclean.
This location needs help. Everytime we come here in the last 2 yrs it's been, longer seating times, long wait times on food, drinks etc. Today 2hrs to get out of there. 3 people, $101 w tip, no drinks, not so good svc. It gets tiring for a cust. Same excuses we hear. Sorry shorth a person, next person starts at 5. Can you fix this? We like the food. Restaurants not even half full. People are nice, hustling to a point.
