The place is slow and dead usually,not many people ever in there,takes a bit sometimes to get seen at door or sat down.Some of the tables are gross from the clear coat melting off from old age and there sticky and gross looking from it.Restraunts that used to be good back in the day are falling apart,I would say chili's is there competitor and there booming!They were out of certain food last time we went,I think time to redo entire place and train better or close down!

Update: I spoke with the manager, James, after he was notified by corporate about my experience. He was professional and explained that our waitress was new and that there are definitely some coaching opportunities that need to be addressed.
He also invited us to give the restaurant another chance and asked that we let him or another manager know when we come in so they can make sure we are taken care of.

Riblett platter is 3 strips now, coleslaw no dressing, spinach dip-the melted cheese over melted was a caramel color, didn't mix well into the dip.
Told Cook called out, then table next us was told he walked out.
