Bistro St. Michael Reviews
Probably the best run restaurant in Prescott. The wait staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. The kitchen is the most efficient in town and the food never disappoints.
Would ask management to replace the stinky city water with something filtered.
Staff is great and personable. Drink and food are good as well
Our waitress was great but not so please with the food since we were here 5 years ago. The menu has changed and there’s more deep fried food than we care to eat. I ordered a chicken wrap that had very little chicken in the wrap. The fries were good. Hubby had the fried fish which he said was over cooked. I wish they would go back to their other menu and serve dinner again like it was 5 years ago.

Bistro St. Michael offers amazing food in a romantic and quaint atmosphere, especially at night. Portions are generous, and the staff treats customers like locals, making everyone feel welcome. The fish and chips, chicken Florentine, pancakes with sausage, French toast with ham, and Eggs Benedict are all delicious options. The coffee is amazing with plenty of refills.
The Bistro is warm and relaxing, with a high tiled ceiling and beautiful rich woodwork. Customers are greeted and seated promptly, and the servers are professional, friendly, and consistently attentive. The menu features a brisket mac and cheese that sounds amazing, and the calamari, buffalo wings, and creamy tomato artichoke bisque are also highly recommended. Prices are consistent with the area and the fare.
The brunch menu is also a standout, with dishes like the Brisket Benedict, which is tender and full of flavors. The cranberry and pineapple mimosas are a great complement, and the yogurt parfait and coffee are also thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen doesn't skimp on fresh fruit, and the granola is fresh, lightly sweet, and crunchy.
Overall, Bistro St. Michael is a go-to spot for a delightful dining experience, with a welcoming atmosphere and a menu that offers something for everyone. The location is right at the downtown square, making it an ideal choice, though parking can be a challenge.
