The service can be hit or miss, with some staff being very off-putting and not caring, while others like Chris and Elissa provide outstanding, happy, and welcoming service. The drive-through experience can be wonderful with perfect orders, but the dining area and bathrooms are often not clean. The parking lot and accessibility can also be challenging.
