Stopped in for breakfast and everything we had was so good! Hubby got the pumpkin pancakes and I got a California Scramble with sausage and avocado. Best hash browns I’ve had in town!
I was glad to see a good crowd on Friday at lunch. Our waitress was attentive and service time was reasonable for the crowd they had. This is 3rd time and the Mexican food is wonderful, especially green chili pork. Had burger and fries before and fries were soggy and undercooked [hopefully a one off experience]
The avocado toast was excellent!

Cowboy Kitchen Prescott offers unique and amazing food with many varieties. Portions are large and generous, good for sharing. The rustic atmosphere is enjoyed, though some remnants of the former restaurant remain. Breakfast items like pumpkin pancakes, the California Scramble, hash browns, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, and bacon are all very good. For lunch, the Mexican food is wonderful, especially the green chili pork, though a burger with fries was once soggy and undercooked. Service is attentive and friendly. It can be a little pricey and there is a charge for to-go containers. Hours are currently limited but will expand to dinner soon.
