Ordered a chef salad.I believe a lot of the lettuce and vegetables were a bit soggy and out of date , but the server went out of her way to try to give me a new entree , I refused , but she was very kind.

The Cowboy Kitchen was a fun place to eat. We enjoyed the atmosphere, especially the history of the old west. Service was great, and food was good. We would definitely eat here again.
