I’ve had thousands of bowls of ramen. When I moved to Prescott, I all but gave up on a regular ramen joint. Then I found Unsui. Yeah Unsui!!
The tonkatsu broth has deep character without being too porky. The noodles are excellent, not fried and dried. And the toppings are a great match. Gyoza and egg and extra garlic and extra green onions next time. Maybe I’ll ask for my noodles to be a little less done. They are so cool, I bet they do it.

The food was PHENOMENAL, everyone is extremely kind, and the atmosphere is very relaxing!
