We went into Lone Spur Prescott - Cowboy Kitchen for breakfast recently and they DID NOT disappoint! WOW. Everything was amazing: we had stuffed burritos with all the fixings, hash browns, rice / beans with their yummy red and green enchilada sauce and it was ALL delicious. We have some dietary restrictions and our server was SO kind and helpful with ensuring that everything was perfect … and it was. We left there very happy (and stuffed!) The restaurant is super cozy...
Came for breakfast before we left town. I had the blueberry pancakes, they were good but the blueberries lacked flavor. My husband had a big country breakfast I think it was called, had the omelet with hashbrowns, meat, he didn't add the cheese, and it was smothered in gravy sauce. He absolutely loved it! The homemade horchata was delicious. The only thing lacking was service, our server Kylie was new and it was obvious she didn'task how our food was or check on us...
I had the Granite Mtn. Eggs Benny.
The eggs are not poached. I requested over-medium and got fully cooked thru. The chorizo is more of a chilli. The hollandaise comes from a can. And the base is an over-cooked pancake.
It was surprisingly tasty!

They have “famous” chilaquiles on their menu that are not chilaquiles, but migas.
