By far the best smoke in the Quad Cities area. If you like real BBQ, you owe it to yourself to try this place. Their brisket is sublime and utter perfection.

Oh my goodness!! Their food is amazing!! We got the blue cheese burger and it was the best thing I ate while visiting AZ. The fries can't be left out because they were so good as well. They were seasoned just right. 10/10 recommend

Mad Honey BBQ is a top tier craft BBQ spot serving absolutely fantastic food. The brisket is unbelievable, pull apart tender, and juicy with a great smoke flavor that is not overpowering. The brisket sandwich is flavorful and the meat is straight melting in your mouth. The burgers are ridiculously good, cooked perfectly, and among the best. The Cubano sandwich, pulled pork, and juiciest tenders are also outstanding. Sides like the tallow cooked fries are crispy and compliment the food perfectly, and the macaroni and cheese is creamy.
The service is good and quick. The ambiance is nice with a chill and fun patio, a bar, and tables. The atmosphere can be wonderful with features like a bonfire and music that is not too loud. Located in the downtown Gastropark, it is definitely the place to stop and is highly recommended.
