I got the loaded fries. The fries were good, the sauce was ok, the green chilies tasted like the can they came from. The brisket however was mostly fatty pieces. There was very little meat. Overall disappointing.
This place understands service and well prepared food!

You want BBQ that isn't full of seed oils and ingredients you can't pronounce then this is the place.
It doesn't get any better. Mr Honey smokes all of the meats he serves and that paired with his tallow fries you can't go wrong.
My Wifes favorite is the Southwest Burger especially to celebrate Mothers Day, mine is, of course, the Brisket, served either lean or moist. You will find none better.
