I had the brisket sandwich with the tallow fries, and both were outstanding. The fries were to die for, and the brisket immediately reminded me of the barbecue I’ve had in Texas, which is about the highest compliment I can give. It was incredibly tender, fell apart with every bite, and had just the right amount of fat to keep it flavorful without being heavy. BBQ sauce provided on the side, but I would recommend trying it without first.

Scott knows how to make real BBQ using actual oak wood on a real smoker! His sauce is homemade with great ingredients, no high fructose crap or colorings/dyes. I only had the brisket and fries but they were insanely awesome, I have to come back for the rest of his offerings. He's also a super nice, Christian man that seems to love what he does. 5 stars all around! Sadly I got no photos of my food 🤣

The tallo fries were very tasty and had good crispiness to it. Also the BBQ was sweet and tangy which I liked.
