By far, the worst location I have ever been to. Very poor customer service
I am blasting this place on social media at this point.
This is the WORST location EVER. With the worst response to legitimate complaints EVER.
I have had nothing but problems with missing items nearly every single time they deliver! I finally lost it when drinks were missing 3 out of 4 orders in one week! Called and spoke to a snotty manager (Yesenia?) and asked for a supervisor. She proceeded to rattle off the number so quickly I had to adjust her to slow down twice....read full review
I went through the drive through at 6:45pm tonight. Everything was ok untill we got to the second drive through window and the little girl gave us our order. Now I have had some issues with this store before with my orders through the drive through but nothing like this I tried to get the girls attention 8 different times and every time she made eye contact with me she quickly turned around and acted like she didn't see me untill she realized I wasn't going anywhere till she opened...read full review
