I was not greeted upon entering the bakery. They do not carry small loaves of sourdough bread and I don't like having to pay attention to my calendar to go there to purchase the speciality breads. I do get that they are small which accounts for a smaller selection.
Organic and scratch made are canceled out when you spray your pans with butane. That's what cooking spray is made of and sprayed on every single baked good. Room for improvement.
