“What a wonderful experience yesterday! The guy at this Starbucks was so friendly and nice. He went above and beyond with good conversation and excellent service. My drink tasted amazing too! It was such a good experience that I found out who his manager was to let her know how great he was, and she was super sweet and kind as well. She went out of her way to let me know how happy she was with the feedback and was just all around awesome too. I’m grateful that these two good-hearted, cheerful people work there because I can see that their caring customer service spreads joy through our community, and that rocks!“
“Since the renovation and restaffing this Starbucks is better than it was. So far the coffee is consistent with other Starbucks. My only complaint is that I asked for a kids hot apple cider (steamed apple juice for my innocent child) and no other Starbucks has a problem with that, it was a diff baristas suggestion, but this person looked at me like I kicked her cat! NO-FI-STAHS-FO-U! ONLY FO!“
“The barista today ( didnt catch her name ) was AWESOME!!! NOT ONLY DID she make the drinks to exact liking but she also put the remainders of what was left in blender into a small Togo cup I always wondered why they just toss the extra away !! Anyway she deserves a raise she was great!!“
“They could not have placed this Starbucks in a better place perfect location next to downtown Prescott, not to mention there's all kinds of places to eat or shop. Traffic is never completely packed and on the perfect day you can enjoy whatever you like out in the nice weather 5 stars perfect place“
“I'm greeted by name 3 times before I make it to the register. As I pull my wallet out, my drink is handed to me, started when I walked in. I've never experienced better service anywhere. The recent remodel reflects the staff perfectly. I've been to Starbucks all over Arizona and I will go out of my way to come here. The best there is!“
