“I stopped to grab a quick bite to eat, couldn't make up my mind. Both the guys working made a couple suggestions, but didn't rush me either. Found out they were closing in less then 30 minutes. They did not rush me, allowed me to eat in the dinning room, and were friendly from start to finish.“
“Sunday | July 21: We always enjoy Subway, but have never had the occasion to test Subway's flexibility. On this day we did, and they went above and beyond. It was a family event (post memorial service with the passing of my father) and had a few too many people for a quick sit down. I don't know their names, but the Subway staff that day were amazing. When I asked if we could reconfigure the seating to accommodate a group, they didn't hesitate. "Go ahead...that is totally OK". We enjoyed the sandwiches and visited for a few minutes before we returned home. Thank you for making that happen!“
“I ordered from subway on DoorDash and the Dasher I got canceled my entire order when they didn’t have one item I ordered instead of just canceling that piece of the order and he was kind of rude so, I called over to Subway to understand like what they didn’t have and the manager just went above and beyond for me, his name is Harvey, to make sure that I got my food and I was happy and I just really appreciate him so very much“
“They did an amazing job for our online catering order. We ordered the box with 5 signature subs, and they cut, wrapped, and labeled them just like we requested. Lots of packets, napkins, and a bowl of extra toppings. We were really impressed. Order was ready at our scheduled time (10 am on a Sunday).“
