The service under the new owner is terribly slow. We went the day after Christmas and there were only two servers. I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone under the new ownership. We won't be back. The food wasn't as good as before. If I had to give a number rating I would give a 2.
We've been to the Tara Thai for many years and have had many wonderful times. However, this was a first. Incredibly rude service. Had to request menus. We actually asked the male staff if he was having a bad day. To find out he was the owner... we got up and left. Did not even have a glass of water.
our 1st time going, and we were disappointed. The vegetables with chicken had little to no flavor of any kind. chicken was a bit better. Had to get another waitress attention when we needed something. Interior is beautiful, but food is lacking and service was slightly better. Too bad as Thai food is one of our favorites.
