“Hours: 7am - 2pm Thu - Tue. (closed Wed )I've been there twice: both times the food & service were great. The first time I had a delicious mango smoothie & the 2nd time was a beautiful (and large & that) egg salad sandwich.“

“I'm a typical east coaster, I know nothing in life is perfect for (or to) everyone, but, the whole world is understaffed, pleasing the public can be unrewarding and difficult, but, sometimes it's what there is to work with. I'm not making excuses for poor experiences with food, service or attitudes, but, I'm optimistic that good vibes will be contagious.
I usually go to the drive-thru fairly late in the evening, so, i can only speak from my own experiences with food and customer service.
I have only had the best product possible with above fantastic customer service in Quartzsite. Two nights ago, i went through the
drive-thru and heard the most happy friendly voice greeting, i thought to myself that this is what a smile must sound like.
Well, i wasn't wrong, i got to window number one to pay and the lady's name was YESENIA. She had the most beamimg smile, a radio personality voice, perfectly upswept groomed hair, a proper uniform and customer service communication skills that any employer would give their eye teeth for. I made sure that i told her she was amazing, her reply was "I just love my job, it's easy to be happy and thank you for your compliment."
YESENIA, your words have not fallen upon deaf ears, they gave me promise that polished customer service can be taught or innately present, I'm going for the vote of your skills are authentically natural.
Quartzsite McDonald's or ANY employer would be lucky to have you, if i were working with you, it would be really hard to not follow your sunny personality, truly, a role model, leading by example.
