One of if not the best restaurants in Quartzsite, Arizona. The taste of the food is consistently the same, unlike the other restaurants in Quartzsite. The staff is also always pleasant and friendly, your food will get to you fast, probably the fastest service in town. Also, you won't have to worry about having an upset stomach after you eat. At least, I've never have I wish I could say that about the other restaurants in town. All in all, Mountain Quail Cafe is my favorite place...read full review
