from Buffalo NY, where restaurants are everywhere, to San Tan Valley, where we are literally in a desert of restaurants, we were happy enough with China Chef to have gone back several times for take out …. Always order the same 2 dishes and have been pretty pleased. Counter folk are always kind, never had an issue. i am not a picky connoisseur of food - but we like the vegetable lo mein and the tofu with vegetables.
Only thing we find hard to get used to...

I’ve been coming here for a 3 years now and always have a great experience. those young ladies are always super kind and great at their job. i see them taking customers, taking phone, and prepping bags all at once! wonderful job ladies! i also notice lots of customers yelling at these teenage girls for their orders which is unfortunate. people need to understand this isn’t fast food and everything is made fresh and they don’t have a lot of cooks!...

Lo mein was dry and did not taste fresh. Thia chili by far makes a better, fresher lo mein. Crab rangoons had nothing in it but cheese. Not sure why they call it crab rangoon. Why not add some herbs to it for flavor if you dont want to put crab. Orange chicken was decent. I was hopeful that this place would be great since they seemed busy. Portions are huge but I still will not be back. Restaurant is like a sauna so this place is definitely take out only for the summer.
