“We went in at lunchtime. There was ONE server working OVER lunch. We stood in line for 15 minutes while the poor guy did his best to get through everyone. To our surprise, 5 other employees were sitting in the dining area apparently on break. Poorly managed. The dining area always looks dirty.“
“Wow! This location rocked it! They were highly efficient, worked amazing as a team, and even gave us a sample of the new brisket! I loved it! It’s got a little kick! Which is nice :) I usually have to ask for lettuce on top of my guacamole. But she asked me “guacamole and then lettuce on top?” I had never been here before and it immediately made me feel like they knew me…it made me feel so special thank you SO much you guys!! This was on Aug 31, 2024 @ 1pm, also the food hasn’t tasted THIS good at chipotle in a very long time. I usually am near downtown chandler. Now when I come out towards this area, I’ll be sure to stop at this location again!“
