Habit Burger & Grill offers awesome food with a great taste that reminds some of Santa Barbara. The burgers are the star of the show, with perfect toppings and buns, and the fries can be extra crispy. The interior is clean, bright, comfy, and welcoming. Service experiences vary. Some visits had friendly staff, excellent service, and no mistakes, even 20 minutes before closing. The $10 Gotta Habit meal deal is an excellent value with reasonable prices. However, other visits had problems. One Sunday around 2, with few people there, no tables were cleaned and three meals took 30 minutes and were messed up. Another visit waited 40 minutes for 3 burgers with only 3 people working. Those workers were go go go but likely lacked experience, and the location feels failed by the company. One complaint is that you can't upgrade the drink to a shake when you order a meal for an upcharge, so the meal goes from 12.00 to 18.00.
