Despite the horrible experience with the gentleman in the drive thru today being irate and calling names which is NOT typical for I have been coming to this location since Grand Opening.

It is 12:45pm on a Wednesday and the location is closed inside. Sign on door says you close at 230pm.... so, why are we closed now? I already put in order on app so I have to wait in drive thru line which is 20 cars deep..... not happy
Do not park here on tuesday nights. Their delivery truck parks right behind customer vehicles and will block
You in for 30 minutes. Was late to work as a result
