“Local food truck sit back in an industrial park. I was surprised the woman there seemed to speak no English but we managed to order our food although since everything was in Spanish it would have been nice to ask some questions because some of it we weren't quite sure what it was. Prices were good and the three tacos I had were excellent. The prices on the tacos were only 2.50 to 3.50 depending on which one you got. They were freshly made while we wait and the portions were good. They came with fresh diced cucumber and a really nice sauce that was pretty spicy but it was on the side. Would definitely be here again“

Only one thing is they’re don’t know English at all, I went there first time I got very tasty Roast Beef Tacos, 2nd time I was there it might be run out of Beef they only gave me Cheese cascadia. No beef at all ☹️ ! You had to use translation with them otherwise u wont get what foods you want !“

Perfect heat, perfect consomme to meat ratio.
The restaurant was very clean.
Servers were nice and personable, however in the 90 minutes we were occupying the table, no one came back to check to see if we needed water refills, or how the meal was after it was placed.
(Food was on point, but I would have liked more ice water.)
Eventually a server came to take the plates away.
Prices are fair, considering the cost of meat, but a very small bowl of birria was $11.
Would I buy it again, hell yeah!
Highly recommend if you have family or guests in town.

“Best tacos I've had! Went back to bring more for the office. Different styles of tacos to try like tinga, which is stewed. The carne asada tacos were amazing amd on flour tortillas which i like the best! The tortillas were freshly made to order. On my 2nd trip I ordered 12 tacos for people and everything came out fast and less than $40.
There's a tent for shade with tables and many hot sauce options. Speaking Spanish helps to order.“
