We were visiting Thatcher/Safford for the first time and needed a quick meal. A friend recommended Chubbas. The flavor of the food exceeded our expectations! We had a group of 12, the order was made quickly, was accurate and everyone was happy with their food. I will definitely come here again next time we visit.
The food was awesome, although slightly pricey, and made up for the wait time. The indoor seating area and overall atmosphere is subpar, but again, somehow the food made up for it. I'd still recommend this place and return as often as my wallet allows.
I rarely leave reviews…..on really anything or any one. BUT wow! I would say the smash burger, I just had at Chubba’s today, is one of the best I have ever had! (Chubba Q)…Period! The crust on the burger was absolutely incredible, I don’t think I have ever had such a fantastic smash burger crust! I Had the opportunity to meet Noah owner and cook, quite literally sweating it out in the kitchen to provide fabulous food. Flat top griddles put off an intense amount of heat...
