All the mom and pop coffee stores in Safford are low vibe and just awful. I'm so grateful for this Starbucks. Super clean, nice furniture, polite and respectful staff, great drinks, latte art, etc. This is the nicest starbucks I've ever been to!Thank you!
Today was the second time I have had a bad experience here. Came in for my daughters birthday. When arriving the cashier was not very warm and welcoming but we ignored this as we were celebrating. I ordered 4 drinks the first drink came right away but tasted awful. No one in my group would drink it so it was tossed. The 2nd and 3rd drinks came after 25 minutes of waiting. They tasted great! I love coming to Starbies and usually have great service when Mikayla is in the window. On Saturday the 25th, we were greeted by the DT attendant but it wasn't very upbeat, so we thought maybe she was busy and behind.
