I have always been a fan of this place. It, like all other Starbucks I've visited, has delicious coffee, friendly barristas. So maybe it gets busy and the counter gets sticky. But that is this worst you'll find there. And it gets wiped as soon as it slows, so. There ya have it. Starbucks is awesome
Don’t stop here in the morning unless you leave 30 minutes earlier than you normally would. 3 cars sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before moving. I think management needs to review their training and continuous improvement plan.
I submitted a large DoorDash order for my coworkers and I. 9 drinks total, so I apologize for the large order. BUT, three of my drinks were not filled up completely, nor were they filled evenly. I requested no ice, which I understand may change how much drink the put in. But they could at least have an even amount in each cup. Is this a new policy? Having a half filled drink would not slide in ANY OTHER FAST FOOD LOCATION!!! I work at Sonic and we’d definitely be getting complaints...
