All the food is third choice but good food. Except for worring about the speed of service, maybe Arby's needs a culture of making it's food the best it can. A few more minutes spend on serving fresh cooked food, ways to keep the hot food hot and the cold food cold, and several other tweaks can "make it right". I try Arby's every few years just to remind myself... it's just not my thing. More a personal preference thing. Just not much to the sandwich. Service was great though!
