Hector's South of the Border brought their food truck to our neighborhood's dance party two weekends ago. We read the reviews indicating their food was delish...and it turned out the asada was soooo good. We headed out the other day to visit a location but found none open. I'd love to have another one right now! Mmmm, can't wait for the next opportunity.
