“El Taco has done two school events for us. They are a hit each time. The people are so friendly and nice. The food is good. I would definitely recommend using them for your next event or having a taco from them. 10/10! And the quesadilla is delicious!

“Delicious birria tacos! The tortillas are outstanding in taste and texture. These birria tacos are packed with generous meat portions without falling apart. The meat is flavorful, well trimmed, and not greasy. The meat and cheese is perfectly balanced with fresh veggies. I was full after the first taco, and saved the other two for today. They are still so good reheated! Despite the rich flavor, there was no solidified fat layer over the leftover consommé.“
