Alto ristorante e bar

Was looking for a good date night spot to take my wife. Honestly restaurant feels like an afterthought as you actually have to walk through another restaurant to get there. Outside seating was ok but nothing special. Service was good but again nothing special. Food was ok for the most part. Bread was great! I had the sea bass (chef special) and it was not great. Desert was outstanding however so they do have that going for them!

I thought the amount of food was not enough for the cost. A normal person probably wouldn't get full if they just got their main course. Additionally, the chairs are very uncomfortable and awkward. The two waitresses were very nice, but you could tell they were trying very hard. It was an average restaurant, I guess I thought it would be a bit more special.

We had dinner here and it was OK. A bit disappointing because we were expecting better due to the resort status and price. We requested outdoor seating and got our wish, but outdoor seating is in the back and very plain and ordinary (like an afterthought) with no ambiance at all. We don't recommend outdoor seating here.
