We placed an order for a “Surprise Bag” on 11/26 for pick up on 11/27 & received a confirmation. I showed up @ the scheduled time only to learn from the lady that was cleaning that they were closed & there no pastries!!! What a “Surprise”!!! We’ve left voicemail messages & sent messages thru their website & no one has bothered to even reply out of courtesy! We have been to Berdena’s multiple times it is our new favorite small coffee shop. We never been disappointed, their coffee is smooth and pastries are delicious. I had the strawberry pop tart today and it was awesome. The staff are great and do their best to keep things running smoothly even on super busy days. I would highly recommend giving them a try.
