Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse in Scottsdale is a fun spot to hang out. The area is usually lively, and there are plenty of places around to hop to before or after, which makes it a good weekend spot.

It’s a nice place to grab a beer and some good food with friends for dinner. We tried the smoked jalapeño poppers, chicken wings, fried mac and cheese balls, and also the Bootlegger Burger. Everything was solid and hit the spot.
