I have had the pleasure to enjoy this place multiple times and the consistency is to be desired by restaurants. Our waiter Chris had excellent recommendations on everything from food and wine to dessert cocktails which elevated our dinner experience and made for an extremely special dinner for both special occasions and regular dining.

We recently dined here and the service and food was amazing from start to finish. Milan was one of the best waiters and made my family and I feel like we were royalty, loved it. In addition, we were fortunate enough to be able to meet Michael Mina himself and director of operations, Jose Gonzalez. So down to earth and friendly. It truly was a memorable experience. Also, highly recommend the spinach pop tart :) Thanks!

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. From the moment we walked in, everything was wonderful. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with such a great atmosphere and energy. The hostesses were warm and inviting, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Our server, Jeffrey, truly made the evening unforgettable. He was outstanding from beginning to end and...
