I went to the Scottsdale location today for the first time with two other people. It was crowded and noisy. Our waitress forgot one item that we ordered, delivered me a regular waffle instead of the Belgium that I ordered. My decaf coffee was so bitter I could not drink it. This will most likely be my last visit.
10 stars. We go to both locations, mainly desert ridge. All food hot, well plated, service with smile. Rare concept these days. Never anything subpar, slimy, undercooked, burnt, oily, greasy. Many are now using less than useable Ingredients & cover with creamy aside to hide imperfections. All plates, glasses & silverware are hygienic & CLEAN. Can’t say any of that for most places these days ‼️
We've been here many times. The food and service have always been good. Until today... The supposed "manager" on staff needs more training. I have never been so insulted by a "manager". She was condescending and confrontational about an issue that could have easily been remedied with our order. No one in our party was rude or aggressive but her response to us was.
