“Ordered breakfast for takeaway. Had the strawberry cream pancakes with the Denver omelette. Staff were very pleasant and quickly attentive when I walked in. Atmosphere seemed pleasant and serene. The food was delicious! Cooked properly, fluffy eggs, great hash brown potatoes. I’m usually not a pancake fan but I loved theirs. Will definitely visit again!“

“The food and service here is always great! Friendly staff and consistent dishes. One very weird thing however is there is a big white wood wall in the bar area now ( Think She Shed but indoors) 🤔 It completely blocks the windows and natural light and gives the bar a claustrophobic feel. Not good at all. IDK what the heck that is but it needs to go. It kills the diner vibe it makes you feel like you are eating inside of a cargo container with no windows. Update! The She Shed in the bar area is gone! It’s so much better now without it. 🥳“

“Great breakfasts although most servers don’t tell you that 1/2 orders are available on some items! I have been a frequent guest over the past 6 years but can no longer go on weekends as for some god awful reason they have decided to have DJ’s. The music is incredibly loud and you can carry on a conversation!“

“I loved everything about this place! I’ve been in AZ for work since January and I wish I’d come sooner. The mimosas and bacon were fantastic! My chicken tinga omelette almost made me cry– it was THAT good. The mango ‘Rita in the fish glass was awesome, as well. I loved the music, the bar, the brightness. Definitely a great place!“

“Xena was our server and she was absolutely amazing! She gave us the best recommendations and told us the seasonal items. We usually go to the other Sunshine location but as we were in the area we thought to stop in. The atmosphere was so inviting and spacious and we loved it! We are surprised more people don’t know if this location, it’s just as great as the original and I’m looking forward to coming back!“

“We had a fabulous brunch. This would also be a great restaurant for lunch. The food choices span from basic American breakfast food, to very interesting choices (like Mexican or Italian omelets). You can get burgers and other choices all day. Food was cooked to perfection, coffee was very good. Highly recommend for a good meal in a casual setting, great cooks.“

“Really enjoyed this dish. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted very fresh, and the quinoa with radish and cucumber added a nice crunch and balance. Everything felt light but filling, and the presentation was beautiful too. Would definitely order this again.“

“Brunch with Mrs. V. @ one of our fave brunch eateries in downtown Gilbert. Frannie ordered the Chili Verde Benedict which she described as absolutely amazingly. I ordered Juan’s Breakfast Tacos (My go to) which had flavor for days. A beautiful Fall day, 85° and sunny, provided perfect weather for outdoor seating. Our server, Camille, was extraordinarily friendly, and engaging. The GM, Mariam visited our table and presented us with a complimentary cinnamon roll pancake (off their “secret” menu) courtesy of Camille, which was incredibly thoughtful and delicious. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!“

“We went for the Thanksgiving buffet. We had been there years before and it was fantastic with lots of variety on the buffet However we were a little disappointed this year. Although the staff was wonderful and the food was delicious the buffet wasn't nearly as big as years past. The billing was a little confusing the dinner and drinks were on two separate bills. The bartender was great and the French 75 was tasty! Overall it was a nice Thanksgiving with friends.“
