“Took some out of town friends with another couple over the weekend. It was a first visit for everyone. No one left hungry! I actually had breakfast 2 more days with just my leftovers. The mushroom sauce is amazing. Green chili had excellent flavor, but a little mild…I like it spicy! We will defiantly be back!“

“My husband and I had breakfast here to start our vacation. Counter service cashier was very friendly but a little too chatty. I felt for those in line trying to get to work. The food came promptly. We enjoyed the Greek omelette and chipotle burrito. The food was good but not great. We prefer our breakfast potatoes crispy. It appears to be a local neighborhood favorite.“
“I visited this establishment recently with a friend who had been here once before. Everything was really delicious. The service was excellent. My friend and I both had the honey lavender latte and I would highly recommend it. I got the Eleanor Benedict, which was really good. My friend got scrambled eggs her way and enjoyed it. Both of us got the potatoes that came with and I didn't need to add any seasoning to the potatoes they were so delicious! I think it's my new favorite brunch place and I cannot wait to go back.“
“A true gem for breakfast! We had a large party and they easily accommodated us. The food was head and shoulders above typical diner fare. Eggs Benedict done perfectly! Sandwiches were amazing. Fruit clean and fresh. Portions generous. Only thing I would improve is the romaine lettuce in the salad could be better. It was fresh and clean but lots of white and chopped a bit small and watery, not bad, just average, could have been great. Note to management: the carpet tiles are coming up and we almost had a grandma trip and fall...gotta redo those ASAP. Highly recommend this place. Clean and roomy, fresh and patriotic decor.Dietary restrictions: Had no problem with gluten free or nut allergies.“
“First time and came for breakfast. We got a cold brew coffee, cappuccino, cheese omelet, French toast and side of potatoes.Everything was very good. Setup is you order first and they will tell you where to sit. Pay attention when they tell you a number as the numbers are on the table.Nothing too special about the omelet. All the food, especially the French toast was nice because it had this fresh almost “healthy” taste. Nothing was greasy.The thing I found the best was actually their potatoes! I gobbled them up and it was Simplicity at its finest.“

“My boyfriend and I had the best experience here. We were visit from Chicago and tried this restaurant out on Easter Sunday. Our food came out sooooo fast!!! We ordered and turned around then boom there was our food hahaha. Everyone in the atmosphere were so kind from the front door to the waitress to those not even servicing us. Let’s not mention how great the food was. My boyfriend cleaned his plate!!! I left like one piece of bacon and 4 small cuts of pancakes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially visitors.“
“Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Parking is available both at the venue and across the street. Being such a beautiful day, it was pretty full but the line moved at a good pace and it did not take long for the food. The atmosphere was gorgeous and lots of things for kids to enjoy. I had the Japanese Sweet Potato which was fresh, rich in flavor and very filling.“
“I’ve been going to Matt’s for a very long time! I always enjoy the great food and spunky staff. My meal was fantastic but a friend that I was with ordered the avocado toast and well… it looked fantastic on the plate it was one piece of VERY thick cut bread avocado and micro greens. Unfortunately the bread was just too much. And at 12+ dollars probably not going to re order that one. The drinks are great and the rest of the menu seems of good quality! If you get a chance to eat at the airport location do it ?“

“The food was amazing! The servers were friendly and helpful. Came here on a Thursday night and there was ample parking. For appetizer, our table shared the house pulled mozzerella and a special for the night, the Rhode Island style fried Calimari. I had the pappardelle bolognese with a glass of chianti for dinner. My fellow diners had the spicy rigatoni and the chicken parmigiana, and they all raved about their food as well. The portions sizes are healthy too.Will come back here again for sure.“

“This past Saturday I had the best breakfast in Phoenix at Elly’s. The food and service were amazing. I had Liz as my server who was very attentive and always checking in to make sure all was good. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Jessica who was running around clearing tables and making sure all the customers are having the best breakfast and experience at Elly’s. I need to start taking pictures of my journeys around town so that I can share them and maybe capture alittle if what I try to describe.Parking: I don't know what's going on but parking is available just not to close. So be ready to walk alittle unless you get very lucky and you find something across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Low tables, and enough space to use a wheel chair or walker comfortably.“

“When we first got there we were not acknowledged. We walked out, after 5 minutes, discussed it went back in. Stood another 3 minutes. Finally we were acknowledged. Seated in a few minutes. Waited for waiter, when he finally came, he took really good care of us. Food was great, portions were large. Wasn't busy, not sure why the wait? There was several workers in the bakery that looked at us but didn't acknowledge us. Other than that it was a good experience.“

I have been a frequent guest over the past 6 years but can no longer go on weekends as for some god awful reason they have decided to have DJ’s. The music is incredibly loud and you can carry on a conversation!“
“Our first time here and it will definitely not be our last! The service was friendly, personable and quick. My husband ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and he was kind enough to share a bite. It was one of the best versions we have had. Perfectly cooked and generous in size. I will be ordering it next time! I ordered the Avocado Toast and a side of Spicy Cottage Cheese. The Avocado Toast was delicious, fresh and light and so filling that I couldn't eat the cottage cheese other than to try a tasteand it was so good! The bright colors are fun and the tables and booths are well spaced. We are looking forward to our next visit!“
