As someone who works in the same industry, it’s very clear that there’s either lack of management or lack of good management at this location. This isn’t my first time here but it will be the last. Food quality isn’t as great as other locations near by and staff, for the most part, lacks customer service. I would feel terrible if I acted the way this staff does, if you don’t like the service industry-switch!
This was my first time going to a Dunkin' and it wasn't a great first impression... Apparently they don't really have baked goods if you come in the early evening (this was around 5pm), but the case just looked ugly/messy and wasn't nice to see upon entering the store. Not that I'm expecting a full conversation by the employee at the register, but we weren't acknowledged or greeted while looking at the menu (no one else was in line or around). Employees are great..but the bakery brought in donuts naah..how can they get away being a dunkin donuts and not have dunkin donuts...they taste just like the ones from Albertsons across the street. And the employees let you know their from a bakery. Hard a$$ donuts.
