Ordered my coffee on the app today and I pulled up to the store where a nice young man met me at my car and handed it to me.
I’ve never had this kind of experience at any coffee shop. It was amazing.

This morning I was greeted by Matthew in the drive thru, and it was a great experience. He has great energy and started off my day in such a positive way. Our food was hot and the coffee was perfect. Thank you! Keep the good vibes flowing Matthew!! I’m sure you make a difference to a lot of peoples day with your enthusiasm.
We stood and it took about 5 minutes before someone came to the counter to take our order.

Dunkin' offers a range of drinks that customers generally find satisfactory. The customer service is often described as superb, with staff going out of their way to ensure a positive experience. Many customers appreciate the availability of community meeting seating for 6 or 8 people, as well as small tables, with outlets at the community table. The Dunkin' coffee the original is the best along with the branded cream. Despite the generally positive attitude towards the staff, some customers have reported issues with their orders not being complete or accurate, and the cleanliness and quality of the food can be inconsistent. However, the drinks are consistently fine. The location stays busy, with the drive-thru often jammed up daily, and customers find it more convenient than other coffee shops like Starbucks. Some reviews highlight the indifferent service at times, but overall, the staff can be helpful and attentive, with one mentioning a helpful employee who quickly assisted them. There have been some negative moments, such as hearing inappropriate comments from a staff member, which can be upsetting.
