They sent me an offer for $3 off 5. It expires today so I went to get a drink. The barista said when she scanned my app that she didn’t see an offer and couldn’t apply it.
I reached out to customer service and they said “it was a limited time offer” to which I said yeah it expires today. So I went TODAY and they didn’t even respond.
