We had a group on the patio for dinner. Beautiful sunset but very slow service, they were out of two of the dishes that many in the group wanted to order and some of the food came out cold when it finally came out. Nothing was offered by the staff to fix the issue with the cold food. The food that did come out warm was very good. It was expensive for the level of food and service. Maybe better for cocktails and apps at sunset.
A beautiful location with good food was offset by high prices and mediocre service. The view over Fountain Valley at night is very nice. The food quality was very good. But the prices are high. Would you like bread with your meal? That will be $8 for a warm roll. Service was OK and could have been better if they came around to refill waters. 1 drink and a main course was $65pp.
Everything was great except they couldn't do separate checks and not even split the bill on two separate credit cards. They blamed it on “their system “. How can a high end hotel have such a poor system? Weird!
