10/10. This place is legit - not like other establishments that count on people not knowing what real food is supposed to taste like. Everything we got was impressive, even the fries, and *especially* the toffee brownie (whomever made the ice cream knew what they were doing).

The food is a delightful fusion of southern and southwestern cuisine would have been overly spicy or weird! Everything we tried was delicious. The staff was very helpful and very nice to us.. this place must be the best kept secret in Scottsdale or all of Arizona for that matter! I highly recommend it! It is worth it to know that I am handicapped. I needed a special treatment which they provided with smiles on their faces the entire time! I can’t recommend this restaurant...

We visited Grassroots for the first time last week and really enjoyed our meal. We arrived early during happy hour, so although it was busy around dinner time, it was still relatively quiet when we got there.

One of the highlights was their half-price bottles of wine throughout the month of July, which was a great bonus.

I ordered the smoked salmon orzo salad with creamy pesto dressing, and it was absolutely delicious. My cousin had the half...
