We went here to celebrate two friends' birthdays and we had a great time. The service and food were excellent. Chef Nobuo personally delivered some of the courses and described the components of each menu item. The vegetables were a wonderful selection of items that started off the meal followed by tasty spoons of sashimi. Everything was awesome! If ypu are looking for an adventurous dining experience, I would highly recommend trying Hai Noon.

Four of us sampled more than half of the menu and loved every single bite. Really nice to see Nobu stop by every table with a plate of food and discussing the importance of detail. I love the location, not stuffy, just perfect. Looking forward to a return visit

Hai Noon is by far one of the most unique places in Phoenix to go to for food, drinks and atmosphere. We absolutely love to take guests here to get a wonderful experience with an explosion of flavor in every bite.
