Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll - Hayden

I'm updating my review because, although I've had good food here in the past, the service has gone downhill. The restaurant always seems understaffed and unprepared.

The last **three** times I've visited over the past couple of months, they've been out of multiple items I wanted to order. The most frustrating part is that the staff doesn't know what's out of stock until you try to order it. Employees should know what's unavailable and let customers know before they order. If certain items are consistently out of stock, they should be removed from the menu until they're available again.

On this visit, I waited 15 minutes just to get a to-go drink. Between the long wait times, poor communication, and constant menu items being unavailable, the experience has become really disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues because the food has been good, but the service no longer matches it.

The food was ok but not worth the price. $15.99 lemongrass beef bowl. It was a box of noodles with a few slices of beef and cucumbers and a tablespoon of fish sauce. Complete and utter rip off.

The food is the only reason this place still gets my business. The service from this waitress is consistently awful. Every visit feels like you're inconveniencing her by existing. During my most recent visit, my date and I were the only customers in the restaurant and still had to wait around for basic things like utensils while she sat on her phone. I eventually had to get up and ask for them myself.

What makes it worse is that I've watched her be perfectly capable of being friendly and attentive to other tables. For whatever reason, that professionalism seems to disappear when it comes to ours. If you don't want to serve customers, find a job that doesn't involve serving customers.

Fatty meat. Bland rolls. Manager says you have to ask to not be given fatty meat.
Lots of diners leaving their food, no one wants leftovers. So disappointing!

I’ve never physically been to this restaurant, but I always order through uber eats. The food is always amazing! Sometimes I receive extra food. Not sure if it’s a mistake or if it’s because I order often, but I greatly appreciate it! Today I received an additional pho and it was delicious.

The food is always hot and fresh and really hits the spot. I hope to visit in person when I’m not busy. 10/10 recommend this place :)

Got the combination vermicelli bowl - pork was a bit tough to chew and the egg roll was bland. Shrimp was good and service was solid

Hello Vietnam Pho is a great little spot! I ordered takeout — the caramelized pork belly roll and the lemongrass flank steak roll — and both were delicious, generously portioned, and super filling without breaking the bank. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity you get.

Even though I got it to go, I popped in to pick up and was pleasantly surprised by how neat and inviting the place looks. The interior is modern, clean, and genuinely nice — way more stylish than your average pho joint. There’s plenty of seating if you decide to dine in, and the parking lot right out front makes it hassle-free (a big plus in this area).
I recommend for a quick, tasty, and affordable Vietnamese meal — whether eating in or taking away!

Ordered the grilled chicken pho and bunbohue. Both lacked flavor and the grilled chicken was pretty nasty as if it was grilled days before and then sitting in brine. It was green in color. Friendly staff but won't be returning.
