Tried Hummus Republic for the first time. Cava is a lot better and more fresh. This is a cheap knock off of Cava. A lot of the toppings such as corn was pulled straight out of the frozen packaging, not even washed or warmed up. The employee put it straight in my bowl. Same for other salad toppings.

Great concept. Wide variety of colorful and tasty options. Once it was all in my bowl, the flavors didn't gel in my mouth quite as nicely as it looked to my eyes. Maybe it was too much sauce. Would definitely try again.

Wow! Hummus Republic has excellent flavors! The food was fresh, in fact the lemon chicken was low, so he grilled up fresh, same with the grilled veggies. He was very helpful as it was our first time in. There are so many ingredients to choose from to build your bowl or pita. It's a flavor explosion! And, they don't skip on the items they pile in the bowl!
