THESE THREE GENTLEMAN BRING SO MUCH POSITIVE ENERGY. WITHIN SECONDS WE FELT LIKE WE JUST MADE NEW FRIENDS. THESE GUYS MADE OUR NIGHT. VERY RESPECTFUL EXTREMELY CURTIOUS AND VERY WELL SPOKEN. I MAKE THE 15 MIN DRIVE TO ORDER FROM THIS STORE BECAUSE OF THE WARM ENVIROMENT AND UPBEAT VIBE THE GUYS CREATE TOGETHER. Hungry Howie's is just OK, but I have had it a lot over the years due to the convenient location. After the customer service experience I had yesterday at the S. Scottsdale location, I am done. I explained that I needed to order a car to get back home for work and just wanted to grab something (anything) quick to eat to go and asked about what might not take long - thinking there had to be something on the menu that was quick (a salad? a sandwich?). The guy was SO firm and condescending about how EVERYTHING on the menu took 30 minutes (even though in the end it did take only 15 minutes), it was like he was very irritated by my question. There were ZERO customers around, zero phone calls - I was the only customer, and it was earlier in the day and did not seem busy at all.The place was absolutely filthy to sit and wait for my food in. Just gross. I won't be back for that kind of service.

Order time said 20 minutes. Arrived about 25 minutes after ordering and they said they just received order. After waiting an extra 10 minutes, I finally received my order but it was completely wrong and NOT COOKED. They rushed the order and the pizza was not done (cheese wasn’t melted and pizza was soggy). Did not put ANY flavoring on crust. Asked for EXTRA Cajun on my bread which was also plain and didn’t have ANY Cajun. Threw food away. Absolute waste

The ac is broke and they have the single poor girl working alone without ac, it’s 100 deg inside and Melissa and fozzy could care less about their worker
Ordered on the phone, they couldn’t do a deal so I had to order online. Ordered online said it would be ready in 20 was ready in 5, I arrive at the store and wait 5 mins to be told the card reader won’t work so I wait 5 more mins for it to be rebooted, then it still doesn’t work and she says I’m gonna have to wait 10 more mins. Ouch I drove here for this. Just give me the pizza that’s now cancelled lady.

Didn't even get my food cause apparently they deliver through doordash. Well of course I never got my food cause apparently it was picked up by someone else and the driver that apparently sat there for almost 20 minutes didn't bother to say anything. Absolutely terrible. Don't order hungry howies, use domino's. Now I have to submit a charge back through my bank.

Rude workers when they called about being out of an ingredient, then delivery was 30 minutes later than anticipated. Also left the pizza on the porch with no notification of delivery

I walk into the store looking forward to getting pizza and the worker tells us to give her one second. She is clearly on the phone with one of her friends gossiping for 10 minutes, as we wait for her to take our order . We ended up leaving because the kitchen looked closed and it’s 8 pm- mind you this location closes at 11 pm. Waste of time and energy with this horrible service. We were the only ones in there and nothing was going on in the kitchen.
