Ordered on the phone, they couldn’t do a deal so I had to order online. Ordered online said it would be ready in 20 was ready in 5, I arrive at the store and wait 5 mins to be told the card reader won’t work so I wait 5 more mins for it to be rebooted, then it still doesn’t work and she says I’m gonna have to wait 10 more mins. Ouch I drove here for this. Just give me the pizza that’s now cancelled lady.

Didn't even get my food cause apparently they deliver through doordash. Well of course I never got my food cause apparently it was picked up by someone else and the driver that apparently sat there for almost 20 minutes didn't bother to say anything. Absolutely terrible. Don't order hungry howies, use domino's. Now I have to submit a charge back through my bank.

Rude workers when they called about being out of an ingredient, then delivery was 30 minutes later than anticipated. Also left the pizza on the porch with no notification of delivery

I walk into the store looking forward to getting pizza and the worker tells us to give her one second. She is clearly on the phone with one of her friends gossiping for 10 minutes, as we wait for her to take our order . We ended up leaving because the kitchen looked closed and it’s 8 pm- mind you this location closes at 11 pm. Waste of time and energy with this horrible service. We were the only ones in there and nothing was going on in the kitchen.

I ordered few pizzas and Bowie bread last week the lady said I should be getting my delivery in 20 minutes hour later still no delivery, I called wondering what happened they said someone took my order and they will send another order I told them no thank you because at this point it’s hour and a half later I was over it and asked for a refund never got my refund called a week later still no refund very disappointing.

Order a large pizza and there was a wood stick baked Inside my pizza which caused my tooth to chip and gums to bleed when I bit into the slice of pizza

I asked for a buffalo chicken pizza and they made a bbq pizza and it has bacon on it! I don’t eat pork. I tried to call back for a refund and they hung up on me. I will report to corporate, and the BBB. I will call my bank and dispute this. Zero stars. Guy didn’t even clean his hands before making my pizza. DONT GO HERE! Bunch of scrubs working there. No brain cells. Unbelievable
Management needs to do better here, the scheduled only two people to work New Year’s Eve which lead to them cancelling orders as well. I ordered ahead so didn’t have to wait too long, but with one employee cussing and yelling the whole time I was waiting I won’t be coming back to this location. I’ve worked in food service before and have been short staffed but would never act that way in front of customers. Management needs to make sure they have enough people or just close if they don’t rather than providing subpar service

The asiago crust is fantastic. Cheesy bread is fluffy, just cheesy enough with a hint of garlic. Toppings are generous and it's easy to order online.

Absolutely wild how terrible the pizza is, frozen pizza slightly heated would’ve been better. Fried employees made the customer service even worse, a disgrace to the hungry howies brand.
