I went to jamba this morning for the first time ever. The lady Carolyn who took my order has a vast knowledge of the menu and helped me to find a drink that suited my palette. She was kind and helpful and the guy who made my smoothie did a wonderful job! I will be returning in the future

I went to this location and ordered the a strawberries wild smoothie. The smoothie was great and Gabby was amazing at serving me with a smile. I haven’t been to a Jamba in a while and this was a refreshing stop to have on my trip.

Terrible experience I ordered 1 drink and gave a tip just to wait 30 minutes and was asked "have you been helped yet?" By the same lady who took my order and gave my drink to someone else. I asked for a refund and she asked me for my receipt that wasn't given to me. Huge waste of time and money stopping there for a lunch break.

I now there is an ebb & flow when it comes to customers at times & days. Customers should take that into consideration when they go in & it's busy but there is maybe only 2 people working. Be kind. It costs you nothing. Efficient. Clean. Great tasting & covered my craving for Razzmatazz without banana. Yay!

I got food poisoning yesterday after ordering a kale, mango smoothie…it looked like sludge, but I unfortunately drank it anyways and paid the price.

My husband has been going on a regular basis to get my Jamba Juice. We literally have never had any issues and I loved my smoothies. Today their system was supposedly down, so we couldn't get our reward points. Disappointing, yes, but not a big deal as I know things happen. The issue is we order a large smoothie in one of their tumblers and always...I mean always...have more than the serving left over that they put into a paper cup. Today the tumbler was not even full. When my husband asked the employee why that was, he was short and stated he fixed it the correct way. My husband then asked the manager, who usually is very nice and personable. She shrugged her shoulders and could care less. We're taking our business to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It truly isn't because we didn't get the usual overfill, but more the reaction of the staff member and manager. Treating regular customers like that tells me a great deal about their culture. Never again.

Chandler is the worst, most disgusting, unprofessional manager of a business I have seen. Worst location. Raciest. She/he is horrible. Don’t come here if you want to horrible experience and smoothies that taste like they have mold. Ooo and yes I heard employees talking they have mold everywhere and the place smells horrible.

Nice Jamba Juice. Staff is very friendly and quick. And they make a mean acai bowl!! Def recommend!

The cost of what I paid for vs the quantity and quality is ridiculous. My 1st and last time ordering from this company. $8 for a large smoothie and $4.50 for a handmich, like realllllly??? And the "handmich" was soooo tiny it literally fit in the palm of my tiny hand. You want quantity and quality go somewhere else!

I have been frequenting this location for the past several months, usually on a weekly basis, and have been thrilled by the above and beyond service I have received. However, today was not like my previous experiences. I usually place online orders as I am on the go performing my job duties as a nurse. Previously, when I arrive at the store, I am greeted with a smiling face and asked what I can be helped with. I advise that I placed an online order and if it hasn't been completed yet, they begin making the order for me. Today, the greeting didn't include the usual smiling face, and when asked what they could help with, after my usual response, I was advised that online ordering isn't available until 8:00, this was prior to that time, and that I'd have to wait until the time that the order states. I advised it says 7:45, she said, "That's the time you picked." It was the earliest time available. She said, "This time I'll make it, but in the future, you will have to wait."
