First ever experience. Almost walked out while waiting to be seated and we should have. Got waited on and got waters super fast, ordered and got a mountain dew quickly and the service stopped. After about an hour, waitress asked if food came out and then she realized that she didn't put it in. No apology, just "accidents happen"
