I'm not sure if he is the manager of this Krispy Kreme location located at 7055 E Shea Blvd in Scottsdale AZ, but his name is James and he is the best employee this store could hope for. James is often the only person working and somehow manages to work both the dining room and the drive-through at the same time. He is always professional and polite. He's a pleasure to work with. Oh man warm and fresh Krispy Kreme donuts are my all time favorite. I can sit and eat a dozen like nothing. Always fresh and hot, always great customer service and always great food. Long live Krispy Kreme.

The manager at this location made my day!!! I had a tire blow out and was very annoyed I had to buy a new tire from the shop next door. He blessed me with a coffee and donut and turn my whole attitude around. Thank you so much for your generosity, I'm sorry I don't have your name, but you know who you are :)
