Mastro's City Hall is a popular neighborhood restaurant for dinner and happy hour. The ambiance is welcoming, creating an enjoyable dining experience. While some dishes may be inconsistent, the steaks prepared by the chef and the lobster bisque are outstanding. The bartender skillfully crafts balanced cocktails, including a delicious Tiki cocktail.
