What a great experience! The food was excellent, the service was over the top! Callout to Jonathan, Chef Ariel, Lily, Berlynn, and Javi!! The flavors are what I remember, the depth of the sauce on the tender, fall apart braised short ribs, the potatoes and seasonings were perfect. Beautiful peach dessert to top it off. Excellent!!

Some excellent dishes: pork belly and octopus tapa; branzino and tenderloin main course.s were also excellent Paella was not especially authentic, but the seafood was fresh. Service was great. Ambience was that of hotel restaurant; temperature was freezing.

As always, I had another wonderful experience at Prado at Montelucia. The atmosphere is exceptional—lively, welcoming, and full of energy. Friday evenings are always busy, which speaks for itself. The servers and every member of the staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional, making every visit a pleasure. This continues to be my favorite restaurant.
