Dined here for breakfast. Service by Jodi was outstanding, and the food was delicious. Can't recall the name of the dish but it included sweet potatoes, chicken sausage, and eggs. A fine meal!
The food was incredible as well as the service. Our server Ismael went above and beyond to make sure we had a very pleasant experience. Plus the Omni offers such a great ambiance. It is like being in Spain, but in the middle of Phoenix. If you need a out city type experience, you cannot go wrong with the Prado and the Omni.
We sat outside and had a wonderful experience. Service was great. In fact, the kitchen was so prompt with our appetizers that we actually slowed down our ordering. Our server understood and without us saying anything he simply checked in to ask when we were ready to order - entree, drinks, dessert. Our only, and minor criticism, is two of our food items were a tad too salty for our liking. Purely personal presence. Otherwise the food we had was outstanding. The bread appetizer...
